Full CNC and reversal capability
Our 14,000 SF turbine component and blade manufacturing facility is just south of Houston, TX in League City.
PCT has several types of raw turbine component alloys in house that range from 422, 410,403, 4140 and other turbine component, airfoil and bolting materials. Having this raw stock in house helps us control costing of component manufacturing and supports our timely deliveries. This in turn adds to the savings we are able to offer our customers for our products.
PCT has 6 multi axis milling stations, 2 CNC lathes with through spindles and CNC EDM capabilities along with a multi surface grinding station and a wide range of manual machining capability. PCT also has reversing capability utilizing Zeiss CMM and comparator. PCT uses Solid Works, Calypso and Master Cam software for all of our machining translations.
RTS can offer custom made turbine components such as valve parts, threaded inserts, airfoil, bolting, ect to our customers and most importantly to our Field Services Group. When on site the RTS field service group has in house custom machining and manufacturing capabilities that offer repair and or replacement solutions with minimal impact to outage schedules.
