RTS Inc., Management
RTS was founded in 1984 by Paul Tim Weiss. In 2005 Reliable Turbine Services merged with Critical Path Turbine services to form one company that is now recognized as Reliable Turbine Services Inc.
Paul “Tim” Weiss, President
Tim began his career in the turbine industry as a certified welder and worked as a subcontractor for the majority of turbine repair companies. He opened RTS and together with Ed Campbell progressively began to offer more and more repair services to build RTS to the full service repair company we are today.
Homero Garcia, Vice President
Homer’s career started at Preco turbine services in 1990 and eventually worked for many of the facilities in the Houston area gaining experience in steam and gas turbine repairs, before he went into business as Critical Path, in much the same way as RTS began. The two companies worked together for a number of years and saw the potential to benefit their customers as a single full service repair provider.
