RTS offers complete airfoil manufacturing through our fully-owned subsidiary “Pinnacle Component Technology”. Our state-of-the-art 14,000 ft² facility in League City (just south of Houston, Texas) provides our customers with proven airfoil manufacturing products.
Our facility includes the following equipment:
- 6 – CNC multi axis milling stations
- 2 – CNC EDM stations
- 2 – CNC lathe turning stations
- 3 – Surface grinding stations
A complete manual machine shop that has the following equipment:
- 2 - High speed production lathes
- 2 – Vertical mills
- 1 – Large vertical hydraulic ban saw
- 1 – Large horizontal ban saw
- 1 – IRD 2.5 ton balance machine
- Ziess CMM
Large inventory of raw certified turbine component stock alloys ranging from 422, 410, 403, 4140, etc.
