RTS has a new 20,000'² repair facility located in the central US (Sullivan, MO.) that is fully equipped to handle large steam turbine rotor repairs. This facility has 100,000 lbs crane capability with a 14’ x 14’ x 28’ blast booth, fully equipped machine shop. From incoming inspections to executing an extensive recommended work scope. RTS Inc. can complete the following in rotor repairs: Complete Blast clean and NDE services, complete T.R.I. runouts and documented reports, rotor straightening, complete repairs to rotor body, refurbishment of tenons, replacement of shroud covers, recuperation of leading edge erosion by removal and replacement of stelite shields, journal and thrust collar refurbishment, coupling alignment machining and all types of new turbine blade manufacturing and turbine parts.
