Our new high rotor bay facility has the following capabilities:
- 100,000 lb crane capability with (2) bridges that have (1) 25 ton hook and (1) 5 ton auxiliary hook.
- 14' x 14' x 26' deep Empire sandblast booth
- 60" x 60" x 80" electric furnance
- HBM capability
- VBM capability
- Field service
- Full service machining capabilities
- In-house NDF capabilities
- 24 full time employees that include welders, machinists and bladers
- Approximately 50 RTS qualified skilled contractors
- 50,000 lbs slow speed balancing
Sullivan Facilities
Reliable Turbine Services Inc. has recently added an additional new 12,000 sq. ft. High Rotor Bay and machining building to bring our combined facility to over 22,000 sq. ft. We are located in Sullivan Mo. just 1 hour southwest of St.Louis,in the heart of the U.S. Our shop is fully equipped to handle large steam turbine rotors, shells, casings and all related component repairs. With a complete large capacity machine shop, we provide our customers a full service repair solution from incoming inspections to executing extensive repairs.
Our new facility has the capabilities, along with the quality and safety programs in place to provide our customers the security of knowing their components are in competent and efficient hands!
With our new high rotor repair and machining bay, our facility has the following capabilities:
- New 100,000 lb crane capability
- New14' x 14' x 26' deep sandblast booth
- New Digitally controlled 60" x 60" x 80" electric stress relieve furnace
- Large 84 x 48 HBM capability
- 2 large VBMs to 108” Diameter
- Full service machine shop
- In-house NDT capabilities
- 2 Rotor turning devices
- A 50,000 lbs slow speed balance machine
- A Full service high capacity welding facility

Houston Facility
Pinnacle Component Technologies is a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliable Turbine Services Inc. PCT is located in League City Texas, just south of Houston. It is a fully equipped 14,000 SF manufacturing facility that produces precision turbine components to the Power Industry. We offer a large variety of Turbine components including:
- Airfoils/blades/buckets
- Many types of shafts
- Bolting,
- Threaded inserts
- A large selection of Valve Parts
- Numerous related turbine components
With our commitment to Quality, Value and our Customers schedule, Pinnacle Component Technologies is able to deliver successful outage solutions to the Power industry.
PCT offers a wide variety of custom machining processes. Our CNC manufacturing capabilities include advanced CMM, CNC multi axis milling stations, CNC lathe and grinding processes along with CNC EDM capabilities.
We benefit our customers with the ability to provide rapid turnaround on needed parts with a commitment to 24/7 coverage and a large quantity of raw alloy materials stocked in house. We also have the ability to reverse engineer virtually any type of worn turbine component.
